Thermocoax Isopad FIDR-SRX is a fully enclosed drum heater, to be paired with the FIBDR-SRX base heater - suitable for standard 200L drums.
The pair are fully ATEX & IECEx rated and approved by Baseefa.
Isopad's special design includes self regulating heating cables embedded in the solid metal housing to ensure the maximum in safety whilst in operation. Additional temperature limiters are not required.
The FIDR-SR drum heater is made out of a two pieced metal housing, to be opened and closed with hinges and fasteners standing on conductive casters.
This solid design ensures stable operation even on unlevel surfaces.
The metal housing carries the heating cable and evenly distributes temperature through the drum, ensuring your medium is a consistant temperature and reducing the risk of overshoot.
A mechanical thermostat regulates the operating temperature.
Each FIDR-SRX drum heater includes our Thermocoax Isopad insulated lid to prevent heat loss and save energy.
