Thermocoax Isopad FIBDR-SRX is a fully enclosed base heater, to be paired with the FIDR-SRX drum heater - suitable for standard 200L drums.
The pair are fully ATEX & IECEx rated and approved by Baseefa.
Isopad's special design includes self regulating heating cables embedded in the solid metal housing to ensure the maximum in safety whilst in operation. Additional temperature limiters are not required.
The FIBDR-SRX base heater is a perfect addition to the drum heater to prevent heat loss from below. The heating cable evenly distributes heat to the base to reduce the risk of overshoot. The solid aluminium base provides excelent heat transfer to the drum base.
An electromechanical thermostat regulates the operating temperature.
The framework is made of solid steel and includes castors for easy transportation.
This solid design ensures stable operation even on unlevel surfaces.
