The VLT Midi drive FC280 provides a wide range of features that are designed to make installing, using and maintaining an AC drive as simple and easy as possible. Installation time is reduced thanks to application set up wizards, pluggable connectors and a USB port for easy and intelligent commissioning, file transfer or programming.

This midi inverter drive, with variable frequency, is an ideal choice in various applications for its strong control performance, functional safety and flexible fieldbus communication. Integrated features such as DC choke, brake chopper, fault condition monitoring and operational status reporting, can help save installation time and reduce panel space requirements, while the EMC filter improves power quality and improves reliability.

This capable AC drive provides precise and efficient motor control for machine builders in the food and beverage, material handling and processing industries. Features a strong control performance, functional safety and flexible fieldbus communication.
