Level Switch for Fine-grained Bulk Solids
The Endress a+ Hauser Soliphant FTM50 is a robust level switch for use in silos with fine-grained or dusty bulk solids even with a low bulk weight. The Compact design of this vibrating fork level detecting switch makes for easy installation in any position. Suitable for a wide range of industrial applications that process and handle grainy media.
Soliphant FTM50 Vibronic Fork Level Switch Features:
- Functional safety up to SIL 2 as per IEC 61508
- No mechanically moving parts: no wear, long operating life
- Insensitive to external vibrations and build-up
- Configurable density setting (bulk weight setting) and switching delay
- Process temperature up to 280 °C (536 °F)
- Thread EN10226 R 1 ½ with M20 cable entry
- IP67 rated
- Electronics output - Relay DPDT 19 to 253 VAC/55 VDC
- Diagnostic function: warning in the event of impending device failure due to build-up or abrasion
