The OM20 sensors with IO-Link provide exceptional distance measurement performance and their compact design makes them ideal for a wide variety of industrial applications.

Versatile and reliable providing surface-independent measurements with a repeat precision of up to 1 um and a very high measurement speed of up to 5kHz. This laser sensor, with a detecting range of 16 to 120mm, is one of the smallest laser distance sensors on the market and is ideal for measuring structured surfaces such as metal or wood. Featuring automatic adjustment of exposure time for precise measurements on changing materials and a high immunity to ambient light for reliable measurements regardless of lighting conditions.

The IO-Link interface means that this distance sensor is easy to integrate and provide simple parameterisation and control as well as offering additional data such as measurement rate and illumination reserve, making it ideal for predictive maintenance.
