PNOZmulti Base Unit, Configurable Safety System, 20 Digital Inputs

The configurable safety system PNOZmulti base unit is a 20 safety inputs and 4 safe digital outputs and 2 safe relay outputs safety controller for use in industrial safety applications. This is an innovative device with positive guided relay outputs and semiconductor outputs.

The safety function remains effective in the case of a component failure. The relay contacts meet the requirements for safe separation through increased insulation. The safety outputs are tested periodically using a disconnection test.

Applications for the PNOZmulti base safety unit include monitoring safety gates, light curtains and barriers, PSEN, enabling switches, start buttons and emergency stop pushbuttons. Configuration software and license are sold separately.
