DS44VGS-230 3 Phase +N Surge Protection Device, Type 2+3, Imax 40kA
The DS44VGS surge protector is fitted within an electrical circuit to help protect electrical devices within the circuit from voltage spikes (transient voltages) by providing common mode protection. Voltage spikes can be extremely damaging to electrical equipment and this surge protector deals with these by using a gas discharge tube which breaks the circuit, shorting it to earth when the threshold is reached.
This 3 Phase surge protector is utilised after type 1 surge protection devices, protecting process control and automation systems, power distribution panels or other similar industrial and commercial electrical supply systems.
3 Phase +N Surge Protection Device Features:
