MC60-12GM50-1N Magnetic Field Sensor
Magnetic Field Sensors are a form of inductive proximity sensor and are one of the preferred choices for the dependable and reliable non-contact detection of metallic objects.
The MC60-12GM509-1N is an M12 style bodied stainless steel Magnetic Field Sensor with a 60 mm operating distance and is flush mounting . This capable Magnetic Sensor features a fixed permanent magnet and is suitable for a wide range of applications from position sensing and distance monitoring to checking the speed of devices within an installation.
A built in LED indicates the switching status of the proximity sensor and a stainless steel body and sensing face ensures a durable long lasting service life. As a Namur sensor it must be operated with a suitable ABB switch amplifier. A NAMUR sensor is a non-amplified sensor that supplies two different signal levels depending upon switch state.
