Trumeasure 3900B Fabric Length Measuring Device

The Trumeasure 3900B, from Trumeter, has been designed to measure fabric, carpet and textiles up to 24mm thick, incorporates the very best features found in the specialised length measurement sector. These machines incorporate exclusive new components to ensure reliability and continuing accuracy even when operating under the most demanding conditions. This capable material measuring device operates as processing material passes between the measuring roller and the spring-loaded pressure roller. The length measurer is activated by the movement of the material.

The 3900B fabric length measuring machine incorporate an integral brake to prevent overspin at the end of the workpiece. The brake is automatically released when a further piece of material is passed between the rollers. Applications include the manufacturing and processing of textiles, films, plastics and paper, fabric inspection, cut-to-length and tracking material lengths.
