ST-H RFID Safety Sensor with Magnetic Holding

This RFID enabled ST -H series Safety Sensor can be configured with a permanent magnet inside the housing which will generate a holding force between the sensor and actuator. Using this method, a safety guard can be kept closed even in the presence of vibrations or in areas with lots of air turbulence. RFID technology allows for precise monitoring of a safety gate/machine guards positional and operational status. With a high IP protection rating and robust construction this durable safety sensor is suitable for use in demanding industrial installations.

The magnetic holding force of this ST-H RFID enabled Safety Sensor is 40N. The symmetrical housing with 78 mm hole spacing allows the same safety sensor to be used on both left and right-hand doors, this also facilitates the replacement of the traditional Pizzato SR-B Magnetic Sensors with the ST-H RFID Safety Sensor. Ideal for numerous industrial applications including safety gates, machine guarding and machine access panel security and monitoring.
