Compact Liquiphant FTL31 is a point level switch for liquids

The FTL31 point level switch has been designed for use in industrial applications in a wide variety of installations, primarily the machinery industry. Typical applications for the Liquiphant are for overfill prevention or run-dry pump protection in industrial cleaning systems. The built-in IO-Link capability allows easy parameter setting in the field.

Compact – the smallest vibronic sensor on the market and safe with continuous self-monitoring and reliable switching independent of media properties. Easy to install, simply plug and play without any need for adjustment even with changing media, with no calibration and with IO-Link connectivity. Measurement is unaffected by conductivity, build-up, turbulence, flows or air bubbles. This point level switch’s robust design is made of 316L stainless steel assuring the highest durability and with no mechanically moving parts means it is maintenance free.

The self-monitoring level detecting switch offers safe switching also in case of power supply loss. Independent of changing media properties and an accurate switching point is offered. IO-Link reduces costs and complexity due to easy configuration of the devices via engineering tools

A modular design offers different process temperatures and the widest variety of process connections and accessories in the market to fit every application
