Switch Amplifier/Isolation Barrier, 2 Channel, 24 VDC
This Pepperl + Fuchs EX rated switch amplifier 2-channel isolation barrier is suitable for intrinsically safe applications. This switch amplifier transfers a digital input signal to a safe area as an isolated current value. With dry contact or NAMUR inputs, secure screw terminals, rated at 24 VDC, safety level - SIL 2.
Each input controls a passive transistor output and utilising the built-in switches the mode of operation can be reversed, and the line fault detection can be switched off. During an error condition, the LEDs indicate the fault according to NAMUR NE44
