Isolation Barrier for Clever Level Switches, ATEX Approved
The Baumer PROFSI3-B25100-ALG-LS, Certified Ex intrinsically safe isolation barrier for use with Clever level Switches - LBFS and LFFS. This ATEX rated isolation barrier provides safe operation between hazardous explosive areas where the sensor is operating and safe area where system control mechanism are in place via galvanic isolation. Level detection is transmitted in safe area through a single pole double throw relay with the status displayed via the built-in LEDs.
Practical, the PROFSI3-B25100-ALG-LS housing is an independent symmetric 29mm width 35mm DIN rail mount unit and terminal connections are made via pull-out screw terminals.
